My Ride: A Car
My 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear feels fast as hell and strong!! 4th gear of course doesnt feel that quick but I expect that. After 4th gear redline, It doesnt even feel fast. It feels slow! By that time, I am not sure how fast I am going but i've reached speeds of 150. All done in a enclosed course of course When I first bought the car, it feels FASSSST!! Now it feels ehh...it's alright. Is it my imagination? Do you guys feel the same?

Your just use to the power...I'm in the same boat as you with my car until I run somebody and then you feel different...I'm adding more power to mine, but its going to be a few months before its done...I should be at 700 whp when I'm done!

John, if you want your M5 to pull like a freight train as speeds build up... ( and I'm serious cause it pulls like crazy with every gear after 3rd its just fuckin scary ) .. get long tube headers and a tune to go with it.
My car pulls on M5's in 4th gear upwards, it feels like 2nd and 3rd gear. I hit 280km/h top of 5th gear. This means you can hit the OEM speed limiter before shifting into 6th! How about that?

John I can understand you missing the off the line torque of the 545 (not the E60 M5's strong suit) but geez, the M5 has truckloads of top end power.
