Ok, well i'm only going on what i've been told by the people who run the RR at Powerstation. Either way, i can't imagine i'm loosing 120hp from fly to wheels.
Yeah, you can see they're clearly mistaken; Dyno Dynamics dynos are definitely 2 roller:

Dynos are great tools for measuring relative changes in power, but terrible for measuring absolute power. It looks like you've found a good place to test your car. Stick with them, test after any changes you make, and you're sure to make some great performance choices.

Cheers bro. Will do.

Question for you mate. Would you say that the WHP at 401hp is correct then?!? I'm really loosing 120 odd bhp?!?

I'm not sure how correct the 401whp number is, because I don't have personal experience with the Maha dyno, nor have I seen any other Maha dyno charts on the M5. It's not a very common machine here in the States.

I do know that the DynoDynamics machines tend to show 380-390whp on average on the M5, given no corrective multiplier. DynoJets seem to show about 415-430whp.

I wouldn't worry overly much about translating the whp to crank though. Just follow your whp number as you modify you vehicle.
