How much is your registration fee this year for the M5 in CA? I know it went up as of May 19th but THIS much?

I got my bill for $826, holy crack... I just want to make sure they didnt screw up and billed me for more than I'm suppose to pay.

That sounds right cause my came in last week at 395$

E, did you check out what the registration fee calculator says it should be?

Also, can anyone in CA explain what criteria they use to calculate this fee? I never realized it was something more than a nominal flat rate (like it is in PA)...

ya I just thought about that site overnight. Thanks for the link. I have no idea how they calculate it. I was thinking the M5 to be around $600 maybe $700 but came in as $800+ I was shocked.

+1 Gene's right: Arnie doubled the registration fees in the new "budget". Isn't that the same reason Gray Davis was recalled? Let's recall Arnie!!!
