BMW OF NORTH AMERICA CAN GO TO HELL.

I'M VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY ISSUE WHICH CLEARLEY SHOULDVE BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY,

THEY CORNERED ME INTO USING BMW OF MANHATTAN WHO IN TURN SCAMMED ME ALSO

SO F*** BMW OF NA

AND F*$% BMW OF MANHATTAN 2 THEY ARE ALL GOING TO HELL...

DO NOT USE BMW OF MANHATTAN FOR ANY REPAIRS, NOT EVEN FOR A GAS CAP THEY WILL FIND SOME OTHER WAY TO SCAM YOU..

WHEN I FIRST WENT THERE THEY SAID I'M GONNA NEED A NEW CLUTCH ASSEMBLY AND FLYWHEEL.

WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SEE THE PARTS SO I CAN EXAMINE IT THEY SAID THEY COULD SALVAGE THE FLYWHEEL... WOW THANK GUYS!

DONT BE SCAMMED LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

BMW OF NA CONTACTS:

ERIC ext:6235- so called "head of Case managers" didnt do a damn thing for me
Kristen ext:6954- my alleged "case manager" a lazy bitch who listened to the dealer scum and accompanied them in setting up this scam.

BMW OF NA IS COMPLETELY AWARE OF THE SITUATION AS U CAN SEE THE NAMES AND EXTENSTIONS OF THE PEOPLE I WAS IN CONTACT WITH OVER THERE,

THEY TOLD ME TO AUTHORIZE DIAGNOSTICS TO SEE IF THE ITEM WAS GOING TO BE COVERED. SO I DID AS THEY TOLD ME TO,

AFTER I GOT DIAGNOSTICS BMW SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO COVER IT. I TOLD BMW OF MANHATTAN PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER I WILL TAKE THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC.

BMW OF MANHATTAN SAID OK, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE $1680.00 OF LABOR WHICH I NEVER AGREED TO. NOW I'M STUCK, CORNERED AND BEING HELD BY THE BALLS AND HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THEM $2700 TO REPLACE A CLUTCH THAT I KNOW COULD COAST ME $1100.00.

SO BMW OF NA CAN BURN IN HELL SO CAN ERIC AND KRISTEN.. AND I HOPE BMW OF MANHATTAN BURNS DOWN.

OH AND WHEN I ASKED BMW OF NA TO ASSIST ME IN THE $1680.00 "DIAGNOSTIC" THEY SAID THAT I AUTHORIZED THEM TO DIAGNOSE THE SITUATION. IN WHICH NO ONE HAS TOLD ME ABOUT PRIOR TO DIAGNOSTICS. SO THEY WILL NOT BE HELPING OUT IN ANY WHICH WAY BECAUSE "THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO" SAYS ERIC AT EXT:6235

ALL A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS

Besides writing BMW NA, I would file a complaint with the New York Department of Conumner Affairs and sue BMW of Manhattan in small claims court.

i can feel you
i had bad experience with BMW of Manhattan as well, they wanted over $400 to fix my car wouldnt start, or $200 labor if only to check not to fix, because my car was under 7500 miles
i called BMW of NA, they told me it is their policy
well, i came to this forum (thanks god, very helpful) i went to BMW of bloomfield, got it fixed

now i always go to BMW of Bloomfield for services, even i had to pay tunnel toll

I have used the service departments at Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ and Park Avenue BMW in Maywood, NJ and never had a problem with them.
