IT'S CORAL!!
Now, how about my black grills? Keep or ditch? After reading Tony's post, I am thinking of changing the fronts back to chrome.

No matter what color it is, find your own!

I knew this was going to happen after I read Tony's post. I think the black looks tuff! I also think that painting the surrounds to matching your paint would look awesome! I just don't like the chrome surrounds, it's too much. But what do I know.

What a pain in the butt just to get the surrounds painted to match my car. I might as well just leave them chrome. Who's gonna really notice? I'll give the black ones another week or so before I decide. No big deal.

The grille looks great; I agree with the above poster "a meaner look". Do you remember the sellers or stores name on eBay?

Are you suggesting to me with this emoticon that your new technique for picking up chics will be fast moving fingers and a nimble tongue?

My Ride: E60 M5
Keep the black grills along with the sides. And pushing out the front track a lil wider than the rear can only decrease (albeit, a smidge) understeering that is built into our cars. I have the same color (SSII) with matte black fronts / sides as well. I was actually going for the large intake/nostril look of the 5 intakes. Looks meaner, especially on an M5.
Suggestions:
Stay away from Solaris Bulbs. They are dim compared to stock. Just sent my set back to Bimmian.
If you must have clear side marker lamps, get the LED ones from VLEDS.com. They strobe on startup, but throw no error codes. (PM me if you want the model number)
Paint your reflectors body color. I think the amber detracts from an otherwise nice silver/black theme.
OT: Why did you take out the Eibachs? Was the ride that rough on your roads? OEM can't be much better, as I am running H&Rs, and the ride from stock is only marginally stiffer than OEM. Eibachs must fall between that narrow range from OEM to H&Rs. Remeber, the OEM ride on the M5's are not all that great to begin with.
