Thumbs down

Read in a Swedish newspaper today that BMW, Audi and Lexus has taken decision to sell their cars without the 250 km/h speed limiter!

Apparently there has been a meeting between the 3 manufacturers, where they agreed on this together.

327 km/h for the M5 then? Maybe not, but 300 km/h probably.

Makes sense to me--probably Mercedes too. This top speed truce agreement seems contradictory to the current horsepower wars!

In the UK press it was BMW Merc and Audi that had the meeting and Lexus said they would follow suit if need be to protect sales.

That makes more sense, since the original top speed truce agreement was between BMW, MB and Audi.
