hi every one, new to this forum, not really new to the cars, but i am here to ask on the M5, I located one in Miami, 43k miles, the car fax saya commercial use, not sure what that means, but also there are multiple entries on the service reocords that the comuter was reprogramed, is this something normally they in service, or could be some problem.
2nd question, i know this is a hot topic, the Smg,this car has had the clutch replaced less than 2k miles, would this be a good, and does it address the problems inherent on the 2006 model, or will it be always a problem, i seen some threads to keep away from this year, and try and get 2007.
i really want one of these cars, but cautious about 1st year model, and the clutch.

I would appreciate your thoughts, car is offerd for 39995.00.

Also the car was built 03/06, not sure if this considered late build, was told it was since it had the tire pressure monitor, which was not introduced officially till 07 model, do not if this is true

thanks

commercial could mean it was a leased car with the company being the person who leased it. Reprogram could mean that the SMG was reprogrammed many times. I would stay away from the car.

Dunno about the carfax issue. But the fact that the clutch was replaced 2k miles ago is a HUGE plus. That saves you easily 5k+ of out of pocket expenses. It sounds like a good solid car for a fair price, so good luck! Post pics when you get your car
