Go with what feels right for is what I say. If you go off of other people opinions then you are stuck with a car you didnt want most of the time

Agreed. Go with what you want. I made my decision to go with an 08 550i over an 08 M5 for certain reasons. (Price for one, lol) The 550i could be considered more of a family car than the M5. My wife and daughter will be in the car with me often so I wanted something they would be comfortable in. While nothing quite feels like an //M, it is meant to be driven fast, so you need to keep that in mind. You really can't go wrong with either one. It's always nice to have a car that probably has more warranty on it ('08). Although it does look like you are looking at cars with lots of miles already. I do know that some peeps on here say the '06 M5 does have some problems once you get to a certain mileage point. You might wanna PM someone with a little more expertise on that. But test drive both and see what you prefer. I'm thinkin when (maybe you already have) you drive that M5 there's no looking back. Good luck, and Congrats!!

Thanks,Now my decision is 60% for M5 and 40% for 550i, First I thought the 550i is my final decision (already have exhaust and AE upgrade for the 550i), but one day if other m5 pass on my face and it feel really bad to me. Now the m5 is the one Im thinking about. But I cant afford any m5 have miles lower than 50,000.
In my area they have the M5 with 75,000miles $27,000. The deal is good, but....the miles too high, is that OK with m5?
Last question is the M5 fit with 2 550i exhaust ?

Search high and low man. I searched 2 months for mine and finally found one for $35 w/ 38K miles damn near loaded. I say keep looking patience is a virtue. Me my myself I am still searching for an aftermarket warranty. Not to deter you from the M5 but that thing is a gas guzzler. I found mine in South Dakota and drove it home to south Georgia. I had to fill up like 7 times.

How far is SD from Georgia. Filling up 7 times isn't bad considering you're driving a 4000lbs+ v10. The m5 tanks what, 17 gallons?

Make an example. If 1 week the M5 cost $100 for gas, then how much for the 550i
Maybe i will test drive the 550i and see how much different with the M5

I'd say the gas would be double or maybe even triple on the m5. You won't be able to drive the m5 slowly either. I know when/if I get mine, I"m gonna be wanting to hear that engine everywhere

the gas usage is double a 530i... so the gas savings would be less on a 550i. for normal crusing around. u'll probably average 13 mpg on an m5 and 16-18 mpg on a 550
