Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if the ZHP short shift knob (link below) will fit our E60's. I remember when I had it on my E46 M3 it made a night and day difference and was a good enough improvement over the stock broomstick knob to prevent me from buying a SSK. Anyone have any info on this or use this knob?

Thanks!

Yup it fits and works.
When replacing your, put it on 2nd-gear and pull the shift-knob (hard),
but watch out for your chin. DO NOT twist or turn the knob.

damn, frank, the shifter and the e-brake are almost touching! if your build date is before 03/05, get yourself the later production short shift lever! ![Tongue](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/tongue.gif)

Thanks everyone! I remember when I replaced it on my E46, I used a towel for grip and in case I wacked myself in the face or against my car it would cushion it. Worked like a charm!

I love that knob, but my interior is beige ![Frown](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/sad.gif)

Not to worry, I've got an even worse problem - I love the knob, but my car has AT, what would I do with 6 spd shift knob?
