Xenon headlight part numbers

My Ride: E61 sold nice E91 335i Sport Touring now
Been keeping an eye out for xenon headlights and have spoken to a vendor who has a set with the following part numbers
63127165569 and 63127165570
He says they are pre LCI but I can't find them on realoem. Am I just looking in the wrong place?
Need to be RHD

Yes they are pre LCI , with xenon (Bi-xenon) and AHL , price in Germany 700.-Euro + 19%tax ( with out : xenon-ignition , AHL control unit & xenon-bulb )

These look like early headlights up to 02/2005
Is there any disadvantage to these over the later pre lci ones? Was it a change of bulb/ignitor to d2s? If so would that matter?
