Man, you are on creative person (noticed the guitar in the bkgd too :-). I was looking at the pics and following the process thinking "man, I could NEVER accomplish that". Your car also looks amazing. Impresses me how people like you have that kind of vision and ability. Thought I was gonna hate a rack on a 5 when I started reading but when you got done with it it looks A++++++++++.

Alrighty! I'm most likely getting the bike carrier anodized to black (the aluminium coloured part). I got an awesome quote of it from a company that is specialized in finishing aluminium etc.

Great idea wrapping the bars. I have the Whispbars on my wagon, and the brushed aluminum stands out a little too much for my taste. Thanks for the inspiration!
