Would these wheels fit a 530i?

My Ride: 2006 530i Alpine White, Premium Package, Logic 7, NAV, 5W LED Angel Eyes
Another BMW club memeber here in Canada is selling his 19? Hamann PG2 rims. They came off his 1997 540i and I am wondering if these would fit on my 2006 530i? Any memmbers out there have these on their cars? He said they are in great shape. What would be a reasonalbe price for these used? He said he spent $6000 new.
Here are the specs :
Front 19? x 8.5? Toyo Proxes T1-R tires 245/35ZR19
Rear 19? x 10? Toyo Proxes T1-R tires 275/30ZR19 (very nice looking lip)

I don't know if it would fit, but its a kick ass wheel.
I wouldn't pay more than 450-500/wheel, I don't care what he paid new.
Used wheel market is total crap and everyone knows it.

Anyone have pics of these rims on an E60? Are they too old of an style for the E60?

sorry i dont have pics of these wheels on an E60...but as far as the tires that are coming with the wheels...i have Toyo Proxies now....and they suck ass. They cant handle the HP of my 545i at all....they slide a bit when i corner hard...easily the worst sport tires ive ever owned...
