Going quad is more for looks. Its bout 5-7 hp gain or loss i think.
I dont think u would really feel any difference.

oh yeah!!! its definitely going to happen I'm just trying to find the best approach to doing it if anything id rather have gain than loss actually I don't want any loss at all the 530 isn't the fastest bimmer on the block to begin with. but I found a website selling that hamann quad setup and it cost thousands its not worth it for me at that price. Now I'm looking into the remus quad conversion hopefully with that you don't lose hp and it will be cheaper. Finally I'm one of the few people who doesn't like that big grumble and drone exhaust sounds, just a light touch of it i wouldn't mind but I wont be doing any headers intakes or deleting resonator because I can't stand a noisy ride, as you said I'm mostly in it for looks but if I get a bit of performance with it I'm happy.
