Default wood trim removal on the door LCI

does anyone know how to remove the metal rings on the inside of the door panel that hold the wood trim in place
it looks to me that the easiest way is to break them w/o damaging the trim pins ? any ideas ?

Take the door panel off and theres two 10 bolts holding the wooden door trim in place.

i would use plastic pry tools to remove the panel, their held on my plastic clips, using a panel removal makes it very easy to take off without breaking anything..

and the wood trim can only be removed like he said, from the inside of the panel. NO NOT PULL THEM OFF, THEY WILL BREAK and not sit flush anymore.
