[/quote]On two different occasions I picked up accessories as I was putting car in for service. I would go out on the floor to talk to tech. While there I'd ask if he would install - one time brake handle, next time shifter. Each time he did and it showed up on WO as NC = $0.0. Had he said there would have been a charge I might have reconsidered, at least in these simple cases.
