Can't help you with price but all 3 of items you have listed are DIY projects / Search the parts/accesories and DIY forums for how to guide for each of these items / I have personally done all the items you have mentioned and I can tell you it's very easy

I've got the grill and the automatich lever in wood.. Don't know how much they were anymore but I like em very much..

The grilles are around ?110. Not sure why they are so expensive. I had the dealer fit chrome grilles to my new E90 and they were only ?48.
Fitting the grilles to an E60 diesel is not an easy job as you cannot gain easy access to the clips at the rear of the grilles. I'd haggle with the dealer to get them to fit them for you.
