I am blown away by how these badboys chewed up the snow this morning. Bravo, Bridgestone.

I have them on my e46xi and it's insane how much grip you get. Just watch out on dry days, you tend to get a little bit more tire spin than you will be used to.

I love watching 4wd trucks struggle to get going and my good ole 545i with blizzaks just grips and goes! Way better in the snow than my mums x5 with all seasons!

It's a bit too late in the season for me to get myself a pair, but come next winter I'll be rolling with some blizzaks too. After seeing them on some friends' cars, I was sold.

Also - I have an XI model! AWD + badass snow tires will be unstoppable.

Can I ask you: Are your Breyton's 19" & are you running spacers? also, whats the width of your Blizzaks with that setup? you're the first person I've heard say that they got such good performance from a snow tire that big (they are dedicated snows, right?), until now I thought that I'd be stuck with 18x8 at all four corners.

They are 19's with 8mm spacers. Non-staggered, 225/40/19 all the way around. Granted, I didn't put them thru any serious paces, but my driveway is 500 feet with an incline and in years passed (with my '06 550) I was unable to get up the driveway with anything more than 2-3 inches on the ground. I don't intend to drive the car in a major snowstorm, but I am confident that I can get around if needed now.
