I have a set of 19 inch 172m with sport-conti2 tyres on my 5 for the summer.

I kept the original 18 inch 135m that came with the car as winter wheels.

Anyone use 135m rims and mount winter tyres.....if so which rubber did you go with ??

Hey nwilliams,

You might want to give Andrew at the Wheel and Tire Zone (at the Queensway and Islington) a call - he's set me up reasonably well in the past and his prices are quite competitive. For $75 they'll store your rims at their Mississauga location for the season.

I run winter tyres on my 135 wheels. I use Vredestein Wintrac Extreme.

Did really well last winter, also excellent in the wet and still half decent sporty, too, when dry.
Decently priced, too.
