Thanks to everyone for the great advice. Now, as mentioned in another post, I am torn netween dunlop SP winter sport M3's and Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2's for the tires. I am leaning toward Dunlop today, and input would be appreciated!

I had a set of dunlop winter sport on my E36 M3 sedan a few years back. It was a great tire all around. We don't have that much snow in the Metro Wash. DC area, but when it snows the DOT cant figure out how to clear it. So when it did snow the tires were awesome and when it didn't they were so good that I left them on all the way into june. At that point I traded the E36 for the next daily driver.
