offset most likely will be too high

nothing some spacers cant fix



depending on the wheel's offset and level of "flushness" will determine the spacer size(s)

Its a newer 3 series... Will I not need any hub centric rings or anything like that???

no e39 is the only bmw with a hub of 74.1, all other bmws have a hub of 72.6, so as long as its not from a e39 it will fit the hub. the offset will be the only problem you will most likely need spacers
