I'm way ahead of ya man.
I e-mailed these guys and they don't include the resistors which means they'll probably throw a taillight failure warning. The only smoked LED's I could find that had the resistors included were from autohobbyasia (I think these guys did a group buy on this forum for the clear LED lamps). But one, they're in Asia, and second, from what I read from the other thread, they STILL throw the warning light.
I'm buying a pristine used set from an M5Board member and he hasn't had any problems with his. Unfortunately, that e-bay seller no longer offers the smoked LED's. Sorry dude.

I think a whole bunch of members here has got that LED lamp in the group buy. I've actually got that from the seller directly in Hong Kong and got an even better deal. They include all the resistors which will "stop" the warning message coming. I've installed mine in less than 10 minutes and they look great. The warning message ONLY come when I start the car but it's gone in about 5 seconds. 
I've got a lot of compliments for that, even the SA and mechanics in my dealership are very impress with the LED. Go for it, you won't be regret.
