Will Audi A6 rims fit 5 Series?

My Ride: 2005 BMW 545i, Billy Boat w/ y-resonator removed.
I have a set of winter tires that came with '09 Audi A6 wheels. Will they fit a '05 545i? The tires are the right size so no matter what I can pull the tires and swap them onto the 5. Just wondering about the wheels. If not, hello e-bay...

No, I don't think so
Audi bolt pattern is 5 x 112mm instead of 5 x 120
Audi wheels have large offsets, 35-45mm depending on width of rims

funny topic.. when i had my audi.. i had a set of rims that came off a 7 series (older model) and tried them on my audi.. 20's... didnt fit.. oh well
