Will #95 19" wheel fit E60 without modification?

My Ride: 545i Steptronic Comfort Nav Winter but no Sport
for dec delivery
[B]Will OEM #95 Wheel (745) fit E60 without modification. I understand tire size will be adjusted for rotation (diameter). These wheels are 9x19 and 19x10.
Note E60 Sport is ET20 Front and ET 32 Rear. #95 is ET24 F and R.
Also, is there a good source for BMW OEM Wheels?

I think you should be okay. The offsets look close enough not to affect suspension geometry.
I believe the stock wheels on the e65 have an offset of 20mm for the front and 24mm for the rear. Assuming that the e65 uses larger tires, they would have different aspect ratios though.
AFAIK, the e60 and the e34 have the same size hubcenter along with similar offsets. E65 wheels do fit the e34 without modification as long as the proper tire size is used.
