Who knows? You haven't told us anything about the wheels, you've only told us about the current tires....

M spider? What's that?
We need to know the size of the wheel in order to tell you what tires you can put on it..

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.

If your offset on the rear matches the 166M wheels, you can fit a 285/35 on the rear. If you do this, you have to change the front to a 245/40, which can be the problem depending again on the offset. If your front offset matches that of a 166M you will not be able to do it.
With the offsets you can get some info here. Since you have the wheels already, go to a good tire shop and have them look at the fit your currently have and they can measure new tire sizes and give you their input.
