Ok,

I installed Nokya H8 Artic White halo bulbs in my 2008 528XI last night and they look great but they are also giving me 2 error codes telling me that the lights are out, i am sure this means the new bulbs are not drawing enough power.... how do i fix this? it is very annoying!

Do you know the wattage on the bulbs?

A resistor built in the wire should fix that. I know they need that resistor when installing HID Xenon kits, due to the fact Xenons consume 35W while Halogen consumes 55W.
