Who fixes Bruce's lci cables?

Who fixes Bruce's lci cables?
I remember somebody had in their signature that they fixed Bruce cables. I have the v4 version and I'm getting a left tail light malfunction error. Who can replace the relay for me?

Pop off the bulb carrier and make sure the bulbs are still good first.
