I apologize anthony517. I didn't think people actually did that to an e60. If done right I guess it can look pretty good.

Not an E60, but here's an E46 M3 I've seen in person. Looks great with the polished lip!
(btw, i think i've posted these pics before, on another white on white thread...)

i don't know if its my monitor or not, but those wheels on the m3 look like brushed aluminum to me.

btw, white on white looks hot if done tastefully!

Here's the car NeRwEEzy was referring to:

I think it looks nice. I was dreaming of a white M5 or M6 with white Hamann Edition Race wheels....

i agree it doesn't look that white in the pics....i think it was my 6 year old canon digicam, plus it was a late november afternoon and sunlight was running out.
they looked very white in person, and looked good!

ya I was at that meet as well.. the wheels when it was gettin darker seemed to be white.. but they are really polished.. the which car with the polish gives it an illusion that its white center wheels

It really depends on the style of the wheels I think. Like that last 545i looks really good. On white E46's, they need gold HRE's. Not so sure that gold wheels will work on our E60's.
