Apply yourself, do some research... this is far and away the most common question since 2007-2008. You can search practically anything and find a plethora of answers regarding angel eyes.

But regardless, try some of these search terms. Angel eyes, Umnitza, Mtech, Lux, Depo

Also, learn the difference between pre lci and lci cars. Yours is 2006 so 99.9% it's pre lci. And i'll spare you the experience of being lied to by led bulb vendors, your car won't use anything greater than 10W bulbs should you choose to go a plug & play route.

Not sure, but I would anticipate it to be significantly higher than pre LCI.

I have seen it somewhere that it is 32w per side capacity where 10w bulb is installed on each side. However, according to that article:

OEM bulbs will produce 10% light and 90% heat. so 10w x .1 = 1w

LED bulbs will produce 60% light and 40% heat. so 20w x .6 = 12w

You can run the 128W ICETEC on your car without any issues.
it's very bright and well put together.

Save your money and install V2's or V4's by Umnitza. you will be happier in the long run.
