white angle eyes on non hid headlights on an 04 e60? is it possibe?

I've seen many ppl upgrade to white and other color of angle eyes on e60's, but I dont have hid headlights on my 04 530. can I still do this mod? if so, what is the best kind of angle eyes there are outthere? can someone help me? thanks!
