Try the GP Thunders for $15. I think you'll be surprised and quite happy. I had the AngeliBrights on my 2007 and these are soooo much better.

I personally don't like the output of the GP Thunder H8 bulbs, it doesn't give that crisp light output I am looking for!

I think the problem is, a lot of E60 owners want the Angel Eye look that the E46 puts out and that simply isn't going to happen. As for the $200 sets, a few members on here already ordered them and said that they were not much, if any, better than the GP Thunders.

It's too bad our angel eyes aren't the same as the E46 ones. Those are the brightest things I have ever seen.

One of those HID H8 kits would probably be brighter than stock. I wonder how well that would work for this application.

I highly doubt that the E46 AEs can be any brighter than HID AEs...

Wow, looks great! What were the additional cables from Adam that you required, that were not in the H8 HID kit?

Yep, you just need a set of replacement bulbs for both. We offer these in the correct fit for your car too:

Hyperwhite Xenesis Angel Eye Upgrade Bulbs

Xenesis Tru Match Xenon White Bulbs
- These work for your fogs as well as the beams towards the kidney grill.
