Where to get wheels painted dark?

I have seen some pics here of stock wheels that were sprayed a dark metallic. Where is this generally done? What do you ask for? Is there a known name for this or color?

What is the general cost to expect for something like this?

I think member BMW#6 did this on his 172s... I think he refers to it as "chrome shadow".

I think you're talking about "anthracite" or "gunmetal". There's a place here in SoCal called Mag Masters (www.magmasters.com) that does powdercoating. Costs will vary, but I think you're looking at about $100-$150 per wheel.
