Looks like the Hamann splitters with the middle section cut out, lol.

They are either Ericsson or 3d design splitters!

i think they seem pretty universal. I have seen similar splitters on ebay

That's what I thought when I saw them. I even thought about buying a Hamann style and cut the middle out.
