If you have a BMW and mod it with M stuff on it that means this car is M tuned so they have the right to put the M on it.
BUT like you say,

Yes, I believe it's from HK. I would be leary about ordering anything from that far. For me, I would stick with Tony (quad_m) for M parts or Attila (ats77) for Hamann.
