Who sells them? Best price?

If you're patient and search the forum they come up for sale by members every now and then. That's the best way to find a 'bargain' ... otherwise it looks like they are selling at prices that start at about $260 and go up from there. Group buys have come up every now and then ... don't know if one is active now. Try a search for "GB SB".
