I've seen a lot of vendors selling the pre-LCI grilles, but does anyone know where I could get a set of the new grilles? The slats don't jut out as much.

Thanks

Got the good ones from Trinity. The tabs won't break off as easy.

Cheap ones? How can you tell the difference?

I saw a few sets on ebay, are those the "Cheap" ones?

It's hard to tell the difference in pics, but in person it is very easy. The LCI chrome grills are different than the pre-LCI grilles in 3 ways:
1. On the LCI, the middle slats are chrome
2. On the LCI, the grilles mesh/blend better with the hood by being slightly smaller
3. On the LCI, the middle slats don't just out as much ( see pics)

I prefer the look of the LCI grilles compared to the pre-LCI grilles. It's a small difference, but as you all know, us BMW owners are very particular.
