aboard. Stick to OEM wheels and use e60 recommended 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear.
Enjoy your ride.
I would recommend 285/30/19 in the rear. like the 275, the 285 size wont effect the speedo but another 10mm wide makes a difference with fit on the rim. 275mm on a 9.5" wheel barely fits and you'll find that the wheel is more likely to get curb rash...

If you go with the replica from this company, please report back to us. I had a horrible experience with my replicas (made in China), and I would like to see if other replicas work (and which ones). I agree with the others that OEM is the best way to go (if your car starts to shake violently with replicas, you will know what I mean). That being said, sometimes you may want a spare set for certain events, and replicas may be nice if they work. I sent an email last week to the Wheels and Caps place asking them if they could guarantee that the wheels would not vibrate. They said that everything would be fine, but they also say that they won't take back wheels once they are mounted.

I am at the point where I can change out my own tires in less than 40 minutes, so I would not mind trying another set of #166s (OEM or replicas). In light of my outlay of cash the first time, the OEMs may be too much for me (my car is leased, and I only have 29 months left). Right now, I am back with my OEM 17" wheels (enjoying the comfortable ride). I have the H&R springs ready to go when I make up my mind.
166 replica from Wheels and Caps costs you ~$910 after shipping and tax
166 OEM - the best deal I've ever known is $1590 from bmwwheels.com

There is roughly $700 difference between the two. olli_535d use replica throughout his life and he has no issue about it, but the catch is he know his wheel source which is coming from Germany and TUV certified.

The wheel from W&C on eBay states that it's from Italy, but someone here (maybe Olli) mentioned that those "made in Italy" labeled are from Romania
So, I don't know. It's your choice, and good luck.

If 166 replica good, it's no brainer because you can change style every two years. However, most of members are got issue with 166 replicas.
