Yes! I'm looking to mod the car now. My Benz days are over. How are the Beyern Wheels? I'm looking to get some 19's Silver Fives, Staggered with Kuhmos Summers. Quoted........1779 including shipping from Bavarian Motorsports. Also does anyone get tired of the brake dust? Is there a dust blocker for these cars? Don't want my wheels to get pitted from the dust.

To steal a quote from Simon Cowell, I think Beyern Wheels are absolutely horrible.

Sorry, but I'd think again. The Merc hangover takes appropriate therapy. We are here to help.

I agree with CVT. They do not belong on a nic car.

If you like that look I would go with Axis Penta's over the Beyern's. But get them in 20's. A few 550 members have them on their cars and it looks great. One member is AXIS530. Check out his gallery.

The best dust blocker you can get for your car is new pads. Look into Axxis or Greenstuff.

I dont know about beyern rims, but I do know that if you put a coat of wax on your rims that the dust and anything else will come of rather easily.

Concur with no on the Beyerns; there are better out there.

I have wheel wax on mine as well as getting some news pads. Even with just the wheel wax, the dust comes off very quickly and easily with just a quick shot from the hose....

Thanks for your replies, before it was tooo late. I did the wax thing with my other car, so I'm familiar with that. The brake pads are another issue. Will BMW put the pads on, I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point...I want someone liable in case there's an accident. I'm looking for some decent priced rims and tires. 1500-1700 is my limit.
