I was considering these BBS reps for winter setup and would like to know if it will fit. Will 35 offset fit E60 without spacers? If not then what spacers will be needed for it to sit flush. Any help will be much appreciated.

Need to know the width of the wheel, but very likely you would need spacers.

Ok, I'm running the 8.5" wheel in front as well and its offset is 14. It sits pretty flush.
With a 35mm offset your wheel would sit 21mm inner in a wheel arch than mine. You would have also 21mm less inner clearance. I don't know would it rub the strut, but at least it would look a bit silly. You could use 10mm - 20mm spacer in front.

On the rear axel I have the 8.5" ET14 wheel as well, with a 12mm spacer, and it sits pretty flushed also. With some calculation, your wheel would retract 20mm and would have 46mm less inner clearance, compared to mine. Again, I don't know would it rub the strut, but again it would look silly at least. So, you could use 20mm spacer in rear.

I hope this helps.

Thats what i worry about the inner strut rubbing on the rim.

You are definitely going to need spacers to use those wheels on your car. You can use 20mm spacers all the way around to make them sit flush, especially on the rear.
