I have an old set of CSL Reps from my previous E46 M3...wondering if this will fit my E60 sedan. I also have a set of 10mm spacers.

The rims are:
19x8.5" +40mm Front
19x9.5" +22mm Rear

Tire size are:
245/35-19 Front
275/30-19 Rear

you might have some trouble with the front because of the offset but the rest of those numbers look good

What if I add a 10mm spacer for the front? So it'll be 19x8.5" +30mm (40-10) Front

I think the fronts should be about 15 to 20 offset, so it'd take a bigger spacer. I'm not sure I'd like any spacer let alone a large spacer in the front, but it's a personal choice.

You might try to sell the fronts to someone with a e60 XI or to someone with a car like your old one. I think they'd fit on a new 1 series too (fronts)

Update...I put these on and they fit fine, although I'm using Rogue 12mm spacers for the front and my car has stock suspension with Sports Package

Wondering if I lowered the car, will there be any rubbing?

I run a set of BBS LM's from my E46 M3 on my 545i

They are 18x8 F and 18x10 R.

I run 15MM spacers on the front but use special BBS 10MM hub adapting spacers on the rear, I had vibration problems because the BBS hub diameter was too big. Confused the hell out of me because the bolted right on to my M3 but on the 545i they wouldn't center properly without the hub adapting spacers.

Check the rears for proper centering on the hub.
