What's your psi set at on your 20's and why?

I think I'm gonna set up the fronts at 36 and the rears at 38.
The question now is, do I need to reset my FTM? I know that if it goes four psi below what you have set, it will alarm you of a flat tire.. how about if its four above?

I reset mine every time I do my pressures and have to correct them
