I noticed a 530d with a really nice looking wheel on a parking lot today.

I vent for a closer look and noticed it was 17" with 225/45 tires.

The tires should have been 225/50 17" but anyway the wheels really
gave the car a great look.

But what wheel is it?

I even looked at E90 wheels and couldn't find it!

Once again a shitty Nokia cell cam pic...

This is the 18" start spoke alloy wheel for the e60, an option you can see if you try to configure the 5 series on the uk website. I initially ordered this for my new monster and then opted to go for the ac schnitzer 19" alloys instead which look way better!

No it aint, its a 17 incher!

As I took the pic I checked it out, it is a 17" wheel.

Otherwise I would have not asked!

the 18" BMW version is Style 124, don't know if they make a 17" or if this is a replica.

Look like 3-series wheels. Check BMWUSA.COM for 3-series optional wheels.

Yes it does, I checked it out, it isn't.

Probably a replica, but a good looking one.

The offset of the wheel is also great for looks,
it stands out as the 18" Styling 124.

17" must be replica. I know that there is 19" replica of this style.(The Wheel Exchange 19" FM Replica #530), but did not see one for 17".

It is a 17" Styling 124 replica of the 18" original wheel, that much I understand now.

But it simply looks great with that offset and all.

But still - anyone know more about the wheel and the manufacturer?

these tires are ordinary ones for E60 in germany. but they are only available for the 545i and 550i. i don't know why they seem to be not available in USA. (sry for my bad english, i'm a 15 year-old guy from germany)

the 225/45 R17 as on the picture is for the 3-series (my frend have the same 3years old)

The holes are the same, so you can switch... from 3-series to 5 series

Then , better to put 225/50 R17 tyres on those wheels

I put 225/45 r17 the car was lower for 2 cmm UGLY.
