what type of lug bolts to use Ball or Conical

Goin to buy some new lugs but the only thing is i not 100% sure what type of lugs to buy. There are 2 types Ball and Conical if any one can help me out please. Also What length would you go with a 15mm spacer. Info i do have is our stock bolts are 12mmx1.5 RH.
