I would get Pioneer Avic n3

and far as with components,

I like the Focal Utopias

Amps, not sure too much to choose

Sups for sure I'll choose JL w7 they sound awesome.

That's my setup when i decide to put the sound system on my car.

Alpine 9887 is a great unit but there are others out there that would be better, ivan says that avic n3, that is a great unit as well i think the output voltage on the pioneer is higher therefore you will get a cleaner sound.

Out of the ones you have on there i would chose none, either Seas, Rainbow, CDT or focal are good brands, be ready to mod your car and make some major adjustments the sound system for the BMW is a pain in the arse!!

I seen this in HK and itis good but this is not what I what.
sat nav and DVD is a wast of time in HK cos.
1st no need for sat nav, HK is a very small place and you will learn most of the road within months, It is not like UK or US which is a big place to drive and get lost very easy and you will need a sat nav.
2nd I will never get a DVD unit in HK cos most of the drive is less than 30mins and itis way too much for a DVD unit, In HK there are portable DVD player for just $100us and I can get 8 of these, 1 for each person in the car and still have change left, other main thing about DVD is I do not what my kid to watch too much TV or films and itis bad for there eye to watch in the car. If you do what to watch a movie or tv why not use a note book that what I do in the BM right now.
The only entertament that I will get is a 20" lcd with a Xbox360 in it and thats for me.
So I only what a good car CD unit that is good for music only nothing elas.

I have an alpine head unit (it is about 10months old) and the user interface on it is appalling - in fact I think they must have tried really hard to make it as bad as they have. Friend showed me his Pioneer and it was much much better.
