that's Nicke60gre's car.
I believe its Mtech front, sides and rear. Trunk Finisher and M5 trunk spoiler with ACS roof spoiler. With M5 mirrors and M5 grills / fenders. Also OEM 167's wheels. and the M5 BBK for his wheels. (not in this pic, but I believe he has it on his car).
All these mods are on his car now.

In those pics, it has the mods that mentioned above + 20% window tinting + Black matte window shadowline + Eibach pro kit + Supersprint exhaust, besides trunk finisher - M5 trunk spoiler - M5 brakes (which currently has, as nigxdoof said)
