What do you modders think of the M6 rims on a 530?

what kind of suspension upgrades do you currently have? Love the way how those wheels look on your car. Have a jet black and still debating on either the Miro M6 style or Miro 111, not sure whether or not it will be 19 or 20 though since I do drive my daughter around and I don't want the ride to be too bouncy back there.

I found some M6 reps for sale, brand new with tires (Nitto tires), but unsure about the tire sizes as they are coming off a 3 series. I think i would use spacers to make the offset more aggressive. Any suggestions of spacer size?
Here are the tire sizes:
265/30/19 R
235/35/19 F

I had the reps before, put was not satisfied with them, but as soon as I put on the oem m6 wheels, it was a night and day difference. Also, the oem ones are forged, they are much lighter than the reps.... here are some pics of the wheels on my car....sorry for the poor quality pictures, they were taken off my phone.

I have a 2007 530i with the stock sport suspension and installed the miro 20 inch time attack m6 replica wheels. I initially had many vibration issues, but after 2 years I figured out that some tire shops just do not know how to balance tires that need to be placed on hub-centric rings. I finally found a shop and I have lost about 99% of my vibrations issue. If I had the money, I would definitely but the OEM m6 rims, but I got a good deal on these a while back. Anyways, I LOVE my rims and would not trade them for anything. As for the structural integrity, I have hit MANY MANY potholes since the road suck where I drive and have thought, "that one might have bent the wheel", but no bent wheel yet! Good luck with you choice!

I have always loved the look of 167s on E60s. They are my 2nd favorite OEM wheel behind the 166s of course
If you can afford to spend the extra cash, my vote is for OEM over reps. I think you should also consider changing your rotors( drilled/slotted) and maybe painting your calipers.
As others have previously mentioned, they will be completely exposed and will look unattractive if they are worn/rusted. My2c.

OEM's should also hold their value better than reps, so when it comes to the end of ownership (and your putting back to stock??) they will ebay better

I like these wheels and they are in my list also but not as much as 172s and 166s and deep desh wheels like iforged or hamman style, these wheels give e60 more aggressive look than M6.I like the mirror face on M6 wheels and black sides that keeps them cleaner longer from brake dust. My best wheels for e60 will be e90 M3 rims if I could fit them. But seams there is much work and money involved to make them fit to E60 and sampley not worth it.
Buy OEM you save money, time and have less headaches.
