Alright, I have a stock 545i with sport pack, in sapphire black. So far the only mod's I've done are new wheels since my oem's were cracked. I went with 18" replica m5 wheels. I'm thinking about plasti-dipping my front grill's, badge, and exhaust. Would this look good or kind of ricer? lol

There's a sapphire black M5 in my work garage with black kidneys and carbon fiber black/white BMW emblems all around, and I think it looks really good. This car still has stock M5 emblems. Good luck -- you should try it out.

I think black kidneys look great on a light color car because of the contrast. On a black car they tend to just blend in with the base car color, and you lose the BMW look.
It's nice to drive up behind somebody and they instantly know what kind of car is following them (temporarily).

painting the grill is likely to get you some nice rock chips. You can buy plastic matte black grills cheap. Here are a few shots of mine. I have carbon black so not exact match for your but close. I like the look a lot.

I had the all black for a while but didnt like how from a far it looked as if there was a big hole where the kidneys were supposed to be!!! So using my stock chrome kidneys i seperated the outer rings from the slats and added only the chrome slats to the matte black rings.
Gives it a nice contrast but still sporty. Especially for black cars
