Congrats on the M5 mirrors -- one of the must-have mods IMHO -- you'll love how they transform the car

I voted for the silver - black carbon, i.e. keep the theme from the hood and splitters going (- I'm assuming you have carbon style splitters)

I went with silver on housing, black on bottom. It gives the mirror some contrast. Better yet you could go with the black carbon fiber on the bottom, match that with carbon fiber grills and license plate brackets (would match your hood).

A black housing with silver bottom just doesn't look right to me. All silver too boring.

I think I have seen these advertised on Ebay, however from what I have read here the normal approach is to wrap them in CF vinyl. Joe from Trinity Autosport has CF lower mirror covers, so he should be able to help. Oh, and "The Master" has them to match his favourite seat

I voted for silver with black carbon. It should tie in nicely with the other carbon based mods. Be sure to post some pics once you make the colour choice and complete the install.

Cheers!
