What bumper is this?? Where can i get it?? Help please

Hi Guys, i came across a picture of this front bar. It looks oem m-tech but the splitters are diffrent and the fog lights are covered sort of. Anyone know where i can get it or get the splitters??

that was member vegastrashed e60...
as posted above, those are AC splitters, they only fit the OEM M tech front bumper....

I can't even find any pics those on google.Searching for splitter gives either M5 splitters or the front spoiler. Is there any other info availble?
