On ebay I saw a pair of Mtech fogs for sale, Ebay Mtech Fogs but on the pics they look just about the same as the original ones...
Does any1 have pics of the Mtech ones?

Thanks!

I'm thinking to get an m-tech kit too and too could not get a straight answer about this... it was "implied" that the fogs fit, but not directly...

sorry that I'm not much help

If you buy the BMW M-Tech kit the fogs come with it. I don't know if they come with the kit from Umnitza or not. If I was planning to buy a new kit, I would decide what kit I was going to get first, then find out about the fogs. I wouldn't want to buy a set of fogs that might not fit.

Im not certain for sure on pre-LCI but on LCI the bulbs are the same (H8) but the actual housing is different. As one can tell the housing is wider on a standard front end more rounded on a MTech kit. Of course there's always the M5 front end where there is no foglight housing!

That incorrect...the bulb for the pre-LCI is a 9006...i dont know about LCI. I also know the fog light housing is a bit different as it relates to how the unit is fastnened to the bumper. however I have heard a time or two someone said it might be possible to use the standard housing on the m-tech bumper, but I cant confirm. I would try a search.

I replaced my OEM bumber with an M-Tech and got the new fog lights, but didnt compare the 2 for differences.

Thanks for the replies guys, reason I was asking was because I got myself a good deal on a bumper, but it doesn`t have any parts what so ever, the fogs are quite expensive so I was hoping to fit my original fogs in the ///MTech, I guess I would just have to try!

The fogs will fit (assuming the bumpers not a facelift) you will need to buy the housing that they sit in. when I have changed customers bumpers from se to sport the fogs fit.

I'm using the fog lights that was on my original bumper
