I am thinking getting my 04 545i tuned. Wetterauer claims that HP will go from 333 to 358 and torque will go from 333 to 366 lbs. The total cost is $1030 USD. Has anyone else done this? I had this done on my Audi and was not very noticeable as it was only a 15 HP gain but was half the cost. Anyone had any issues with their dealership? Mine car is still under warranty.

I do not have Wetterauer myself, but I think the overall review of their products is all possitive.

As for all NA engines, the gain from tweaking the ECU do not give that much difference in output.
The most noticable change is probably the more agressive throttle mapping. (And you might misstake that sensation for HP gain )

Let us know what you will do...
